Heather Fong

She is a police chief of San Francisco who is also the first female in this position. I admire her ability to lead the police department. It takes a strong person to be in this job. Keep up the good work. Chief Fong! http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/object/article?o=0&f=/c/a/2007/12/27/MNABU4Q5T.DTL

People have different believes. It’s better to learn as much as possible while in the USA. There are eight days In December Jewish celebrate miracle. People would light candles and have traditional food. Children do not need to go to school. Christmas gift

I want to thank my Hong Kong family for the gifts. My daughters like the gifts very much, that’s including dolls, stuffs for drawing and game toys. Daddy likes his big buck pen and I got a digital photo frame and pile of Hong Kong music and movie CDs. I guess you knew Daddy has a habit putting a pen in his shirt pocket, and I always have photo on my desk. It’s hard to figure out what people want for gift.

Post Office

There was a note left by the mail man said that we had a package in the post office, so next day morning I went there to get it myself. It’s 9 o’clock but the line was very long, I did not want to stand in the line, but thought about the good will from brother and sister, there was no reason to let the present sit in the post office for another minute, but the staff told me she could not find the box. My eyes got wide open, how could it be. and later on she said, “ Oh, I’ve found it.”, I had to go to another door to get it, when the door open, it’s a huge box, after I signed it, I moved it away by myself. It’s heavy, but I was smiling, because everyone there knew I just got a big Christmas present.

Bus

There’s plenty of seats except during rush hour. If there was less density, the more I like it. That’s one of the reason I immigrated to America. Although, sometimes the buses were crowded. But when I think about the subway in Hong Kong, I am glad that I don’t need to be sardine fish anymore. One time I let three train pass by and people around me entered the train in a hurry. I was the only one remaining on the platform.
