It’s A Wonderful Life

The classic tear jerker, it’s a tradition that they play it on TV every Christmas. The plot is about a family man how to deal with stress during the company crisis. He even considered commit suicide. At the end, all the friends and neighbors came to help out. It sure shows the holiday spirit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqDiSpPc6r4

Photographing

I’ve been enjoying the pictures in picasa.com. There are some works are very outstanding, from composition, brightness to color. They have professional standard, worth to learn from it. The digital cameras are highly convenient, bring tons of fun. Plus, the photo software, you could make the images as pretty as you like. Here are some of the San Francisco pictures that I like. (Not include the one above.)

Back to school

These pictures were taken in summer, which is the only time they could play all day. They both had big smiles on their faces when they were at that playground. We don’t go there very often during the school year because they have a lot of home works to do.
Julius’s having a big smile on his face that day all the way.
John was enjoying the outing too.

Blog pal’s baby

Baby Maurice and his family came to visit us last week. We had a good time together. This was the first time we met but we both felt like old friends, it’s because we’ve been reading each other blog for a while. I am glad that I’ve made friends with the real people.

Youth

Although she is only five years old, she is already full of youth and vitality. All of a sudden, I realize that she has grown a lot. Let’s not waste any moment that we have. Hug and kiss her as much as I can.

On the special day like this, we watched the magnificent Olympics opening online and took this picture of a local Chinese newspaper as a memory. I stayed up late last night to watch the dressage which is holding in Hong Kong for the first time. I am very pride of it.

Pei Pa Plant

We had this fruit for the first time last week, its taste very good. And what a coincident, my neighbor gave me a pei pa plant yesterday. I am thinking where I should plant it. It needs a lot of sun light but I don’t want the kids step on it by accident when they are playing in the garden. Maybe I should build a fence around it.

Three years old girl

Fanny was the birthday girl last month. I made all the cake for everyone when it's their birthday. This time just like usual, I used cake mix. It’s quick and easy. Just add water, oil and eggs. Max well and then pop it into the oven with 350 degrees for a hour or so, that's it.
Fanny was so excited when she saw the cake, it had her name on it, the name made out of dry fruits. Does anyone think that this room is kind of dark? It was because during the day, Daddy said that it would be better had the windows cover up when Fanny blew the candles.
Look at Evelyn, does she look like a cake mix commercial star?
Fanny has been waiting for 364days in the unbirthdays. Now, she finally had her cake. Here is a video of an unbirthday tea party of Alice in Wonderland.
